The Site
Playing around with the idea of removing the AudioMo website. I'm not sure it's really needed.
I mean it's really nice having a dedicated website. To be honest though does a challenge that happens during one month in a year really, really need a website, no.
I might just move the lot to either WordPress.org or Tumblr or something else like Ghost.
Either way I will keep those that are interested updated.

Max Mix were and probably still are the most famous Spanish remix duo. They used to take pop songs and just mess the heck out of them. Edits so fast and so skillful the edits would make their own music.

How @CribbageIcon lost his eyesight.
The audio ends abruptly so we hope he is ok. But this is a fascinating insight into how he lost his eyesight.
We here at AudioMo are so so proud to have such a wonderful and diverse community. The blind and partially sighted make up such a massive part of that community and we a richer for it.
We removed it cause @LindaSayle asked so nicely.
Above are the only two tweets that exist on Linda's Twitter account. What are they asking to be removed? Four minutes of audio from Alexei Sayle's Edinburgh Fringe standup routine.
We have asked Linda to prove that they are in fact who they say they are. We have had no response. But as we are the good guys we decided to remove the post.

Plus Plus
If you are an #AudioMo / #AudioWk participant there is this.
I know I said AudioMo would never be on Google+ but it kind of makes sense. AudioMo has always tried to be more than just a simple audio challenge, it has evolved into a community of people that have taken AudioMo to their hearts.
They proudly call themselves AudioMoer's this is not my doing, not what I expected. But I feel I have the duty to make AudioMo accessible via any means. AudioMo has become more than I expected, other people are passionate about it.
Just thought you out there might want to know we are also on Google+ (hopefully they will tick us ;) hehe)

The New Home for #AudioMo

June is our month and we are sticking to it. So yes #AudioMo will now be in June every year.
Oh of course we will run around in various weeks doing #AudioWk the weekly #AudioMo challenge. Basically it will be a week chosen by random where we record an audio a day for a week :)

Well whatever your favourite audio recording app is, well it's time to dust it off.
Monday is 1st July. This means the start of AudioMo.
AudioMo is a month long audio challenge. Just record an audio a day, then tweet the link to that audio with the AudioMo hashtag. The AudioMo hashtag is simply #AudioMo

Cuppa anyone?
I really do appreciate our wonderful AudioMo community. When some of you asked for merchandise I seriously had to think on how to achieve this.AudioMo is just an audio challenge and isn't used to make money. This site is funded by me and always will be. Of course I would like to make AudioMo better than the year before etc etc. I'm proud of it and you who take part.
So when some of you asked for merchandise for AudioMo it kind of took me by surprise. If I had loads of money I would get loads of merchandise made for AudioMo and give it all away free to you. Sadly I am not loaded.
I decided the best thing to start with would be a mug. If you want one please follow this link here. There is a cost and that is basically what the printing company charges, hence the direct link for openness and transparency. No money is made by AudioMo, yep guess I missed a trick there.

After many years being in the month of November we are shaking off our winter woolies and heading for the sun.

#NaPodPoMo is a the other audio challenge that happens in November. I would like to let #NaPodPoMo have the month of November to itself, having two audio challenges in the same month is bonkers. #NaPodPoMo is a year older than #AudioMo so should have the November month to itself.
